The initiative involved consolidating websites, redefining brand positioning, and launching the Poppulo Harmony platform. The result? A unified brand narrative, modern digital identity, and stronger market positioning in workplace communication technology.

    • Brand Positioning: The rebrand centered on "harmony" as the core concept, represented through a dynamic circular logo incorporating Poppulo's letters alongside four interconnected gears symbolizing perception, engagement, connection, and inspiration.

    • Navigation Strategy: Through collaborative card sorting exercises with stakeholders, we developed an intuitive information architecture that aligned with user expectations and optimized the discovery of Poppulo's expanded solution offerings.

    • Design and Content Development: Working closely with the brand identity team, we created a system of flexible content page layouts that showcased the new visual identity while effectively communicating Poppulo's comprehensive workplace communications platform.
